Perseverance is a very important and positive character trait in someone’s life. It means having a steady persistence in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement. A successful person is not afraid to do his best to what are small jobs. If all the little jobs are done well, the big ones seem much easier to accomplish. You can’t go through life quitting everything, if you’re going to achieve anything you’ve got to stick with it. Failure happens only when you quit and stop trying to reach your goals and purposes in life. A person must always have faith and hope in himself.

Judgement made every day..every hour….every minute….every second…every miliseconds…
no way to avoid judgement of others or making one urself!

Perseverance despite all tomatoes and rotten eggs thrown to you is the key to move forward and succeed!!

But why? Why are you still standing there on the side-path? Why are you standing still?
You dun have any glue sticking on your shoe! Move on! What are wating for???

Well,crappy enuf up there…….but well it was not REALLY crappy….i bet you who reading this will agree!
Everyone must have experienced at some moment those glue-sticking-to-shoe moments at some phase of their life…………………unfortunately for some,maybe by faith they are just not ‘allowed’ to move forward even if they really wanted to…………..

Ok enuf philospohy…. Yday got over my Obstetrics exam for which i worked real hard but imagine my dissapointment when there was judgement even before me even start answering (ooops sory,can get judgement thingy out of my head now =p Anyway,it went well…thanks to myself and all who supported me along the way!

Went to the recently Rostik-KFC collaborated restaurant in Ramstor…..hmmm at least smtg…. i really missed few weeks ago…

Moving forward towards next obstacle!

what u get by underestimating others?
satisfaction??? go get a life!
before judging anyone, judge yourself first!
what u have gone thru whole life maybe not even a pinch of life that another had gone thru!
claim that u have underwent toughest moment in life? u have no idea what is real tough!
stop judging! u may not know how much u can hurt another indirectly by ur words nor actions!

Encounter with an American in Vodnaya Hosp!!!

That certainly deserve to be in the first page of Inostranii(foreign) students weekly! ( pretend as if we have one =p)

Happened in ground floor of Vodnaya Hosp when my groupmates and i were waiting for the mini kafe lady to label(put price tag) her fud stuff that just arrived…….

I overheard a conversation whc is non russian….thats a very rare encounter in this city of Nizhny Novgorod…. with much concentration me n yassin tried to identify the accent….British or American?? long we thought and i decided it was Britain coz it sounded more like Richard’s accent(Richard is a family fren,actually my uncle’s org  putih fren from London?i tink so…)

After a while,the man turned to me and realised that i was looking at him and following the conversation….huhu malunya….=p

He came to me and introduced himself…Do u speak english? I’m Mark.I was shocked but managed to cover up and tried to be as polite… He is from United States…means my ealier guess was wrong. Never in my life i had a conversation with an American…

Well,turned out that he was doing some medical device research with Dr. Zagainov…he even informed me that currently Dr Zagainov in on a visit to Malaysia….i just saw him in the surgical dept yde! Why he went to msia??? Even me cant go back home and taste all the nice foods but he went! waaaa…certainly not fair!

We talked about the life here in Nizhny as a medical student and life in general wit not-much-of-english involved social life…he was having this pocket book of russian on his back pocket!! i bet tat wont help to conversate here….  tat conversation lasted for about 5-6mins..enuf to make the sanitarka(sum1 in charge of front desk,cleaning,and key for student’s changing room) jealous! haha tats weird….

Today we learned bout emergency management of patient vomiting blood with portal HPT….was interesting when we really learn smtg not just wander around the hosp like zombies…. the dept shud certainly provide a classroom for Ledyaev’s students…. its frustrating to be chased out millions of times a day from Atduev’s room that we share wih his Urology students!

life’s been fun….

gonna really work hard this weekend!

whoever notices me on ym or msn,pls recognize that tat its a piririv..and kindly inform me that i shud be studying not wander around in cyber world….hehehehe

Have u ever imagined the life without needing to eat? Survive on sunshine and water? I think i’d love that.. u may label me strange but i never had the joy of overeating….

recently more worst scenario developed.. i managed to live with minimal food intake for more than a week.. only now,today i had a ‘enuf’ lunch…. even that too coz i felt too weak to do anything… =p

i wonder hw long human being can survive without fud?

ppl say its abt a week……

i can’t wait to go back home!!!
but that means have to finish another 5 exams!!!

5 is really too many! why most of my exam cycle falls tis and nex month?

i’m tired…helpless…can’t complain…doing my best with all my energy left……

well,life’s not about scoring ‘excellent’ marks in exams…..

Application of the knowledge we have into daily life treating patients (at least for now it means answering diff complex ques thrown by lecturers on diagnosis and treatment) plays a vital role.

True enuf medical students labelled ‘crazy’…maybe not all…maybe all are but some deny… but I do accept the fact  tat to the certain extend…my life as a medical student for about 4 years(going-to-be) changed my personality alot…
anyways,actually dropped by on Rojak Blog and found these Medical Specialty Aptitude Test  and tried it… all 130 question…phew.. and this is wat i got…

Emergency medicine?erm..havent considered it as an option coz i love comfortable work hours…not rush to the scene in middle of sleep kinda job…

but the rank for dermatology is there as next… and psychiatry..not bad…

sorry to urology….i’m in all hate to the urology dept of whc i’m attached  to for the next 7 days of class… i mean why us? again?? and again? it has been by 100th time watching the urethroscopic prostate cancer op! didnt even bothered to look… except for the funiculus spermaticus knot part…

were busy looking at my neuro notes…will i ever finish studying tis subject?it has been giving me migraine since the cycle started some months ago…and still on…i tink i need to get it over with as soon as possible…maybe tats the only treatment for my severe migraine which left me surviving with panadol and nikospan…

well gonna really work hard…. thank God is a holiday 2moro… need to CONCENTRATE!
